​​Hourly Rate Details:

• charging begins at the client's home and ends once the driver reaches their home at the end of the appointment, usually a 15-30 minute trip back.
• the hourly rate includes the following services:
  • note-taking at appointments
  • writing up notes after the appointment for the client and their family members if requested
  • making, changing, and cancelling appointments
  • liaising with family members
• charges are rounded up/down to the nearest quarter hour.
